Visitor Hours: 24-7
As part of the
Planetree philosophy of care, there are no set visiting hours at MCMC. Guests are free to spend as much time as they like with their loved ones, and children are welcome, provided they are in good health.
Gift Shop
Located on the main floor, near the hospital lobby, our gift shop, staffed by the dedicated members of the MCMC Auxiliary, has everything from cards to housewares to personal care items. Regular hours are Monday through Friday from 9:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
Out-of-town Visitors
Our staff is happy to help out-of-town visitors with directions to local restaurants, lodging or other facilities. Some area hotels and motels offer special rates for Mid-Columbia Medical Center visitors. Be sure to mention you’re a hospital visitor when making your reservation to take advantage of their discounted rate.
Parking
Free parking is provided for patients and their visitors, 24 hours a day, in all hospital lots. If you would like some help finding us, see our

No Tobacco Please
Consistent with our healing mission, Mid-Columbia Medical Center prohibits the use of tobacco products anywhere in the hospital or on the MCMC campus.
Free WiFi
The main lobby and all patient areas are equipped with free wifi access. To use the service, please connect to "Public Hotspot" with any wifi enabled device.
Where to Eat
The Atrium Falls Café (
see today's menu above), located on the first floor of the hospital, is open daily from 6:30 a.m. - 7 p.m. Atrium Falls offers a salad bar, a wide selection of entrees and
grill items, sandwiches, snacks and a variety of desserts.
An espresso cart is located in the Atrium, just outside the cafeteria. Family-style dining rooms are located on the third and fourth floors and in the First Impressions wing, with complimentary tea and coffee available 24 hours a day.
