Toni received her undergraduate degree in nursing from the University of Illinois. Years later, Toni and her husband moved west to Hood River, Oregon. Toni pursued a Masters Degree at the University of Portland and became a Nurse Practitioner. She has practiced Internal Medicine for nearly 10 years. Her philosophy is to treat the patient as a whole not just the disease. In addition, she believes in treating the spiritual, emotional, and physical components of the patient to optimize healing. She also ensures care is done as a team, with the patient and Nurse Practitioner working together to achieve mutually agreed upon goals. She strives to practice evidence based medicine at its best.
During the winter months, most likely you will find Toni skiing on the mountain with her husband and seven year old son. Thier two year old twins don’t ski, just yet! In the summer they are skiing and wakeboarding on the Columbia River. All these sports allow the entire family to enjoy all the Columbia River Gorge has to offer.
