Good Night, Sleep Tight: Children and Sleep

The quality and quantity of your child’s sleep can affect the entire family.
Sleep struggles don’t always go away as kids move from crib to a bed. How can
you encourage good sleep habits for your child, why is sleep so important to
children and their well-being, and how much sleep do children actually need at
different stages of development. Dr. Paul Cardosi, director of Sleep Medicine at
Water’s Edge will pull the covers back on the topic of children and sleep.

Dr. James Lundblad, Endocrinologist at OHSU and Columbia Crest Clinic Outpatient Services will talk about the many disorders that affect the thyroid including symptom management and treatment.
