Dr. Miller grew up in Boston. He received his baccalaureate in chemistry and biology from Keene State College in New Hampshire and then earned a masters degree in molecular biology and biochemistry at University of California, Irvine. He was awarded his doctorate in medicine by George Washington University School of Health Sciences and Medicine and completed his post graduate training in the Family Medicine Department of University of Southern California/California Medical Center in Los Angeles. He began his practice of medicine Southern California while his wife, Pamela, completed her graduate education and her post-graduate research at the California School of Professional Psychology where she was awarded her doctorate in psychology.
Charles and Pamela moved to The Dalles in 1999 with their 2 year old daughter, Anna, to practice medicine and psychology. They have enjoyed the benefits of rural life and the warmth of friends and family here in the Pacific Northwest.
