At Mid-Columbia Medical Center, not only do we offer part-time employees a differential in addition to the base hourly rate (yes, just for working part-time!), we also let you choose how much. Part-time employees can either choose a full 13% differential, a 5% differential with the accrual of Paid Time Off, or the option of medical, dental, and retirement benefits (with no differential). Flexibility is a good thing.
