Melodi Johnson, BSN, OCN, CBCN Breast Care Coordinator
Melodi is the breast care coordinator for Mid-Columbia Medical Center. She works with a diverse and collaborative cancer treatment team at Celilo Cancer Center where personalized healthcare and education are key components of the care process.
Kerry Proctor, MD, Pathologist
Dr. Proctor says she feels a special connection to her patients with breast-related health issues. She enjoys being part of a multi-disciplinary team, with the common goal of delivering the highest level of care.
Paula Lee-Volkov, MD, Radiologist
Dr. Lee-Volkov enjoys the opportunity to use data that a primary care physician has provided about their patient and, like a detective, analyze it to help make diagnoses. She also loves the chance she gets daily to make a positive impact on patients’ lives.
Lynne’s healthcare career has its roots in her teenage years, when she was a candy-striper at her local hospital in Baker City. She says Celilo is the career destination of her dreams.
Jessica Vincenzo, LCSW, CN-BC, Certified Breast Navigator
Jessica is a resource for patients during one of the most stressful periods of their lives. Navigating cancer before, during and after treatment is many times the hardest thing a person and their caregivers will ever do. Jessica makes every effort to alleviate stressors to allow patients to focus solely on their healing.
Steve Fu, MD, PhD, Medical Oncologist
Dr. Fu has an extensive background in hematology and oncology, which is the diagnosis and treatment of blood diseases, especially blood cell cancers.
Keith Stelzer, MD, PhD, Radiation Oncologist
Dr. Stelzer is a leading expert in the application of intensity modulated radiation therapy (IMRT) the technology used at Celilo that shapes radiation beams more precisely to spare surrounding tissue.
Alida Raynor, LPN, CN-BC, Certified Breast Patient Navigator
As an NCBC-Certified Breast Patient Navigator, Alida guides patients through the health care system to ease the breast-screening process, educates patients about mammography, breast ultrasonography and breast biopsies, and facilitates communication between MCMC’s Mammography Department, Celilo Cancer Center, the patient’s primary care provider,and the community. Alida is also manager of the Breast Health for Strong Families Program.
Alida’s certifications: “LPN, CN-BC”= Licensed Practical Nurse, Certified Navigator- Breast Clinical”; certified by NCBC (the National Consortium of Breast Centers, Inc).
