Meet Our Breast Center Team

The team at Celilo Cancer Center uses a collaborative approach to treating and caring for patients. Each specialty is represented at regular meetings where each patients progress is discussed and the next steps are determined. Meet the team here:

Melodi Johnson, BSN, OCN, CBCN Breast Care Coordinator

Melodi is the breast care coordinator for Mid-Columbia Medical Center. She works with a diverse and collaborative cancer treatment team at Celilo Cancer Center where personalized healthcare and education are key components of the care process.

Kerry Proctor, MD, Pathologist

Dr. Proctor says she feels a special connection to her patients with breast-related health issues. She enjoys being part of a multi-disciplinary team, with the common goal of delivering the highest level of care.

Paula Lee-Volkov, MD, Radiologist

Dr. Lee-Volkov enjoys the opportunity to use data that a primary care physician has provided about their patient and, like a detective, analyze it to help make diagnoses. She also loves the chance she gets daily to make a positive impact on patients’ lives.

Lynne Allen, MN, ARNP, Oncology Nurse Practitioner

Lynne’s healthcare career has its roots in her teenage years, when she was a candy-striper at her local hospital in Baker City. She says Celilo is the career destination of her dreams.

Jessica Vincenzo, LCSW, CN-BC, Certified Breast Navigator

Jessica is a resource for patients during one of the most stressful periods of their lives. Navigating cancer before, during and after treatment is many times the hardest thing a person and their caregivers will ever do. Jessica makes every effort to alleviate stressors to allow patients to focus solely on their healing.

Dr. Fu has an extensive background in hematology and oncology, which is the diagnosis and treatment of blood diseases, especially blood cell cancers.
