Dr. Riter graduated from The Colorado College in 2001 with a degree in biochemistry. She then began her work at The University of Colorado (CU), completing her graduate degree in biochemical engineering from CU Boulder in 2006. Her medical degree was awarded with honors from CU Denver in 2009.
Dr. Riter completed an internal medicine internship at Stanford University in 2010 and a dermatology residency at OHSU in 2013.
Having grown up in Colorado, she enjoys exploring the outdoors, cycling, skiing, hiking and camping.
In addition to her practice in The Dalles, Dr. Riter is an assistant professor at OHSU. Twice a month she will see psoriasis and general dermatology patients as a provider within the Center of Excellence for Psoriasis and Psoriatic Arthritis.
