Dianne was appointed Interim President & CEO of Mid-Columbia Medical Center October of 2016. Previously, Dianne served as the Executive VP of Operations.
Dr. Wally Wolf, DVM
Dr. Wolf, a local veterinarian, shares his love of animals, especially horse activities, with his wife Vicki. They can also be found participating in the other activities they enjoy including fishing and hunting or sharing family times with children and grandchildren. An avid volunteer, Wally has given many hours to several worthwhile organizations and has been a member of the MCMC Board since 1991.
Dan, Wasco County Surveyor, was born in Portland, Oregon, spent his boyhood in Tri-City, Oregon, and moved with his family to The Dalles in 1970. Dan graduated from The Dalles High School and then Oregon State University, where he earned his Bachelor of Science degree. Dan is an avid road bicyclist and lives with his wife Kim in The Dalles. Dan has been a member of the MCMC Board since 2007.
Dr. Paul Cardosi, MD
Dr. Cardosi was born and raised on the East coast, attending medical school at Dartmouth. He moved to Oregon to do his residency as the Chief Resident at OHSU’s Internal Medicine program. Paul has a desire to contribute to the effort to deliver quality and comprehensive health care to the Mid-Columbia region; making sure that this care is not only optimally available but is also of the highest quality. Paul and his wife Dr. Miriam McDonell keep very busy with their three children and enjoy the great outdoors. Paul has been a member of the MCMC Board since 2007.
Carina’s business background as well as community involvement brings a wealth of knowledge to her board position. Carina has served as a Wasco County Economic Development Commissioner as well as past board member for CGCC Foundation and the Columbia Gorge Discovery Center. Carina worked alongside her husband Ron in the construction and development industry. Ron was a principle founder of a heavy civil construction company, Crestline Construction. Carina is a graduate of Oregon State University. She is a past All-American and National track and field Champion.
Chief Carnahan is the former Fire Chief of Clackamas County Fire District 54 and the assistant Fire Chief of Clackamas County Fire District 1. He retired from the fire service in 2001 yet continued working in the emergency services for FEMA and the US Department of Homeland Security. Rob has served on several boards both in for-profit and not-for-profit corporations, including the Mid-Columbia Health Foundation. He has a management consulting firm that focuses on system integration and problem solving for public sector entities. He and his wife, Becky, own a small farm raising hay and horses outside of Dufur, Oregon. Rob has been a member of the MCMC Board since 2011.
Phil, District Educator at NORCOR, started his career teaching science at Jesuit High School, Central Catholic High School, and Lewis and Clark College. When his daughters were the young age of 2 and 4 years old the family set off on an adventure to Venezuela as Maryknoll Lay Missioners. After nine years in Venezuela, Phil, Mary Jo and their two daughters Sara and Maza chose to return to Phil’s roots in The Dalles where his father had been a grocer and orchardist. Phil enjoys cycling, cross-country skiing, and astronomy. Phil has been a member of the MCMC Board since 2014.
Mark, Vice President of Network Operations for OHSU, provides operational oversight to system activities off campus. Mark has been a key player in the physician practice development in our region as well as here at MCMC. Mark obtained his Masters in Healthcare Administration from University of Minnesota and spent the majority of his career at Fairview Health Services in Minnesota. Mark moved to the Northwest and joined the Kaiser Permanente team in 2008, and OHSU in 2014. Mark has been a member of the MCMC Board since 2014.
