2018 Top Workplaces Award
Mid-Columbia Medical Center has been awarded a 2018 Top Workplaces honor
by The Oregonian. The Top Workplaces list is based solely on employee
feedback gathered through the third-party survey administered by Energage,
LLC, a leading provider of technology-based employee engagement tools.
This is Mid-Columbia Medical Center’s third time receiving the distinguished award.
Top Workplaces is more than just recognition. Organizations that earn the
Top Workplaces award attract better talent, experience lower turnover
and are better equipped to deliver bottom-line results—because their
leaders prioritize and carefully craft a healthy workplace culture that
supports employee engagement.
MCMC has participated in the program every other year since 2012. The anonymous
Energage survey measures several aspects of workplace culture, including
alignment, execution, and connection.
