Community Donation Request
MCMC is committed to improving the health of residents in the communities
we serve as outlined in our
Community Health Needs Assessment. Each year, many non-profit community organizations request sponsorship
support for events such as dinners, runs/walks, health fairs, etc.
Mid-Columbia Medical Center is a proud partner of The Dalles Blue Zones
Project. The Blue Zones Project is a community health and well-being initiative
built upon the prosperity of our area residents – our family, friends
and neighbors. An initiative that closely reflects our own mission and vision.
To show our support, MCMC has chosen to allocate the majority of our community
donation funding through the year 2020 to The Blue Zones. Here at MCMC,
we are committed to transforming the community into a place where some
of the healthiest, happiest, and most productive people live and we are
proud to stand behind this project as we work together to build a healthier
community.
Consideration for sponsorships will be dependent on the following:
- Must align with the mission of Mid-Columbia Medical Center.
- We do not support requests for individual or personal sponsorship.
- Sponsorships for national organizations must be centered on a local or
regional event.
- The requesting organization and event must reflect positively on MCMC and
must provide appropriate visibility and value-added opportunities such
as logo placement, banners, Public Service Announcements, speaker opportunities, etc.
Sponsorships must align with our
mission, vision, and values. All sponsorships should have a link to community health improvement or
prevention.
MCMC evaluates hundreds of proposals each year. In order for your request
to reach the appropriate team for review, and to ensure that we respond
with a decision in a timely manner, we ask that all proposals be submitted
through the online Community Donation Request Application below.
