Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction Program
8 Week Class Starting September 20, 2017
Location: Water’s Edge, 2:30-4:30PM every Wednesday for 8 weeks.
You will experience gentle meditative yoga and other natural techniques,
called mindfulness relaxation practices, to help you activate your own
natural healing powers.
The practice allows you to attain:
- Lasting decreases in physical and psychological symptoms
- Reductions in pain levels and an enhanced ability to cope with pain that
may not go away
- An increased ability to relax
- Greater energy and enthusiasm for life
- Improved self-esteem
- An ability to cope more effectively with stressful situations
