Whether you just found out that you are pregnant or have a toddler under
2 years old, we want you to join us to learn how to stay healthy and happy
throughout the mommy adventure!
Cost: Free and open to our community.
Some of the topics Include: Postpartum depression, fitness and yoga for
moms, strengthening your pelvic floor, infant bonding and massage, scar
management, birth control, baby sign language, bladder health and regaining
your sex life after baby. Specific speakers and date will be announced
soon. We'll email you the details when you register. Please check

SPRING and Fall EVENING CLASSES at Water's Edge Health & Fitness
Center (551 Lone Pine Blvd, The Dalles): Join us for the Spring session
April 2nd - May 21st or the Fall session October 1st-November 19th. Every
Monday evening for 8 weeks from 5-6:30pm.
AFTERNOON CLASSES at MCMC Outpatient Therapy Services at Nichols Landing
(33 Nichols Landing, Hood River - 3rd Floor): Classes are from May 8th-June
26th, every Tuesday for 8 weeks from 12-1pm.
What to Wear: Comfortable clothing you can relax and move in.
BONUS: If you attend all classes in the series at Water's Edge you'll
receive a free 1 month membership or 3 months off if you buy a 1 year
membership to our Fitness Center.
Childcare Options: We encourage you to bring your child to class!
