PREVENT is an evidence-based, nationally recognized, in-person, year-long
program proven to help promote weight loss, prevent type 2 diabetes, and
improved overall health. PREVENT is facilitated by a trained lifestyle
coach. Space is limited to 15 qualified and committed participants; prioritized
based on risk. Insurance coverage varies, we will help check benefits
after you attend an information session.
