8 Week Class Starting September 18, 2019 - November 6, 2019
Location: Water’s Edge, 2:30-4:30 PM every Wednesday for 8 weeks.

learn to relate to stress in a way that it doesn’t adversely affect
your health. In our mindfulness based stress reduction program, you will
learn how to slow down and recognize the warning signs of stress reactions.
