Kim Tyler is a nurse practitioner at Mid-Columbia Medical Center’s
Celilo Cancer Center.
A board-certified oncology nurse practitioner (NP), Kim provides diagnosis,
treatment, and support for patients at Celilo. In collaboration with a
comprehensive healthcare team, she helps patients and their families through
all stages of the disease process.
Kim received her B.S. in Nursing at Boston College School of Nursing and
completed her M.S. in Adult Oncology Nurse Practitioner at Columbia University
School of Nursing, where she received the CAPSONA scholarship and was
invited into the Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing.
Throughout her more than 20-year career in healthcare, Kim has served in
a variety of settings, including OHSU Knight Cancer Institute, Yale New
Haven Hospital in New Haven, Connecticut and Memorial Sloan-Kettering
Cancer Center in New York City.
Kim relocated to the Gorge for the natural beauty and feels blessed to
be part of a close-knit community that celebrates each other’s joys,
eases each other’s burdens and steps up for people in need. In her
free time she enjoys skiing, mountain biking, reading and spending time
