Mid-Columbia Medical Center (MCMC) appointed Dale Lepper its Interim Chief
Information Officer, taking over the role on March 20, 2018.
Lepper’s experience in Information Systems spans two decades. Most
recently at Antelope Valley Hospital, Lepper helped develop and implement
health strategies and action plans while introducing Telemedicine to various
departments.
“The MCMC family has found in Dale Lepper a capable steward for our
vital information operations. We look forward to seeing improvements gained
thanks to Dale’s vast experience and knowledge,” stated MCMC
President and CEO Dennis Knox.
As Antelope Valley’s Chief Information Officer, Lepper coordinated
efforts with city and county agencies and oversaw adaptive security infrastructure
meant to respond to evolving threats.
Lepper’s areas of focus include: Business Operations Management,
Process Re-engineering, Business Strategy, Change Management, Implementation,
Health Information Security Management, Community Collaboration and Mergers/Integration.
“The fast-paced changes in the industry means I’ll have my
hands full, but I’m up to the job,” Lepper said.
Lepper succeeds Erick Larson in the role at MCMC.
