Our group exercise classes are taught by certified instructors who can
help you get the best from each class. We welcome participants of all
fitness levels and instructors are trained to show you modifications to
exercises to best fit your individual needs. We have also developed the
following “Intensity level” guide to help you decide which
of our many classes will help you best reach your fitness goals.
Hours of Medical-Exercise: 8 am - 11 am & 1 pm - 4 pm.
Intensity Level Guide
* Introductory Classes
These introductory classes are designed for those new to group fitness.
Classes are often shorter in duration, and lower in intensity, with more
individualized instruction. Each class includes a brief educational component.
In addition to beginners, these classes are ideal for those recovering
from injury or with physical limitations.
** Mid-Level Classes
These mid-level classes are great for those who have developed a basic
fitness foundation and feel comfortable doing most exercises without major
modification. These classes are perfect to add to your regular fitness
routine to help you reach your personal fitness goals in a fun energizing
environment.
*** High-Intensity Classes
Currently not offered due to state guidelines during COVID-19 pandemic.
