What are some of the complimentary amenities that are included when I get
a service?
Guests are encouraged to enjoy complimentary use of all spa amenities with
the purchase of any treatment. Our sauna is located on the first floor,
and our healing teas are available in our guest waiting areas.
Can you host a spa event or retreat?
Yes, we can help you plan a special spa birthday party, host a corporate
event or a special relaxation retreat with your friends. Please contact
our Spa Coordinator at 541-506-5788 to customize your event.
What do I wear?
It is customary to completely disrobe for most spa services. Undergarments
may be worn during treatments if you prefer. All of our therapists are
skilled in proper draping procedures to ensure your complete comfort and
privacy. Robes and slippers are provided.
Is a tip included?
Gratuities are not included in the price of The Spa Services. If you would
like to tip the therapist, just let us know when you check out.
What if I need to cancel my appointment?
Cancellation or rescheduling of a spa appointment requires a 24 hour notice.
Appointments not cancelled within this time frame will be charged a $25
fee. If no notice is given, you will be charged 50% of the service value.
Can I get an appointment the same day I call?
While it is best to make appointments in advance, we invite you to call
at any time and we will do our best to accommodate you.
Can my child receive a spa service?
Guests must be 18 years of age. Special arrangements may be made with the
consent and participation of a parent or guardian.
Can I get a gift certificate?
Yes, the Spa at Water’s Edge offers gift certificates for all of
our spa services.
How can I keep my skin looking great between appointments?
We recommend continuing your therapy at home. Ask your therapists about
continuing care options and other services that will help you on your
journey to wellness. Many of our skin care, teas and hydrotherapy products
are available in our retail shop.
