Free Mommy Wellness Program

Moms can now attend this program in Hood River and The Dalles!

Join us anywhere on your journey of motherhood from 0 to 24 months, we want you to learn how to stay healthy and happy throughout the mommy adventure!

Class Details:

Cost: Free and open to our community.

Some of the topics Include: Postpartum depression, fitness and yoga for moms, returning to sports activity, strengthening your pelvic floor, infant bonding and massage (Hood River only), scar management, birth control, baby sign language, bladder health and regaining your sex life after baby. 2019 class schedule to be posted. Who: Postpartum moms with babies and toddlers age 0 to 24 months.

When & Where: Now in Hood River and The Dalles!

SPRING and Fall EVENING CLASSES at Water's Edge Health & Fitness Center (551 Lone Pine Blvd, The Dalles): Join us for the Spring session April 9th - May 21st or the Fall session September 10th-October 22nd. Every Tuesday evening for 7 weeks from 4:30-6 pm.

AFTERNOON CLASSES at MCMC Outpatient Therapy Services at Nichols Landing (33 Nichols Landing, Hood River - 3rd Floor): Join us for the Spring session April 9th - May 21st or the Fall session September 10th-October 22nd. Every Tuesday afternoon for 7 weeks from 12-1 pm.

What to Wear: Comfortable exercise clothing you can relax and move in.

BONUS: If you attend 3 classes in the series at Water's Edge you'll receive a free 1 month membership or 3 months off if you buy a 1 year membership to our Fitness Center.

Childcare Options: We encourage you to bring your child to class!
