No one lives a stress-free life but with guidance and practice you can learn to relate to stress in a way that it doesn’t adversely affect your health. In our mindfulness based stress reduction program, you will learn how to slow down and recognize the warning signs of stress reactions.

In this clinic our instructor will help you explore ancient and modern evidence-based healing techniques. You will experience gentle meditative yoga and other natural techniques, called mindfulness relaxation practices, to help you activate your own healing powers.

There is an ever-growing body of evidence showing that mindfulness can help us self-regulate our moods and thoughts, and to become more resilient in the face of stress and life’s challenges. Practicing mindfulness meditation, mindful eating and mindful movements make us more productive and effective, and can restore a sense of calm and balance to our lives.
